The Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board represents over 2,500 Members in achieving high levels of excellence in organized real estate by providing superior tools and services that enhance and build a vibrant real estate industry. One of our most important contributions to organized real estate is our role as the premier source for all real estate market statistics on properties listed and sold on the MLS® System within the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region.
We provide robust analytics which include year-over-year comparative analysis, total market sales, new listings, sales–to-listing ratios and the average price within an area. These statistics are compiled monthly and available to both consumers and media.
Our monthly real estate performance updates summarize the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region MLS® market activity with key highlights.
September 2025 Real Estate Market Release
September 2025 saw All MLS® 1 sales of 1,391 up 12% from September 2024 and up 7% from the 5-year average.
REALTORS® know real estate and bring their knowledge and expertise to help buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market.
